The quality of our services is a key point for the satisfaction of our clients, with cleanliness being one of the most highly valued. At Ca s’Arader we aspire to a high level of excellence: and for this reason, we are also very demanding with our cleaning and maintenance standards. For example, bed linen is changed every two days and towels are changed according to the client's needs.
We are preparing again for the opening... we would like it to be for Easter, although we will see how the situation evolves!
We would like to inform our clients and friends that we have planned the opening of our hotel for May 10th 2021. Our intention is that we continue to feel safe and calm, as we have done up to now. The opening will be conditioned by the situation we are experiencing, however we will continue with the measures we have taken during the year 2020 and of which we will now remind you.
1.- On arrival at the hotel, our clients and friends will have Hydroalcoholic Gel at their disposal, which will also be available in the breakfast area and in each room.
2.- In the reception and breakfast area, gloves and masks will also be available.
3.- As for the general cleaning, it will be carried out with specific disinfectant products that respect this situation.
4.- For the breakfasts, we will continue with the distance between tables, in principle there will be 2 tables in the patio with sufficient safety distance and the others in another area inside the hotel also with sufficient distance. If necessary, for health safety reasons, we will take turns for breakfast.
5. Breakfast will be prepared, as always, in a hygienic and safe way so that our clients and friends can enjoy our quality as always.
6. The utensils needed to serve breakfast will be individual for each room. They will be cleaned every day.
